“This song is about how much I rely on my girlfriend Hannah and how much confidence she gives me to be the best version of myself. She always has the right advice to give and knows what is best for me more than anything. I’m eternally grateful for her. People are social creatures and being alone can make you look inside yourself a little too hard at times. I loved recording the drums for this one. I used mallets on a big deep snare drum in the hope of it sounding lovely and warm.”
